Explore expressions of the drum and dances of the heart with Grant Smith and Tahya.

The Boston Globe calls Grant Smith a "brilliant improviser." He is involved in many world music, jazz, classical, and dance projects in Boston and New York, and it is with great enthusiasm we welcome Grant to the Lehigh Valley! He plays drum set and percussion, including hand drums and Timpani, as well as mallets. He has toured extensively, including Thailand, Australia, and Europe. Despite high profile gigs such as tympani with Itzhak Perlman, Grant still insists that his biggest gig was the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade with Kermit the Frog and Big Bird.
