Craniosacral Therapy ~

A hands-on modality that helps balance the cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and flowing down through the spinal column to the sacrum.

Deep Tissue~

Technique directed toward deepe tissue structures of the muscle. The aim is to affect various layers to loosen bonds between connective tissue, increasing flexibility and decreasing pain.

Lymph Drainage Therapy ~

LDT manually uses rhythm, light pressure, and direction of lymph flow. A full body diagnosis is done to determine the direction of flow and areas of congestion.

Myofascial Release ~

A system involving gentle stretching, using two hands to engage and stretc the fascia (connective tissue sheath covering the muscle).

Sports ~

Designed to prepare an athlete for an upcoming event and/or to aid in the body's regenerative and restorative capabilities following a rigorous workout or competition, this treatment generally follows the Swedish system.

Swedish ~

Based on the western concepts of anatomy and physiology, Swedish massage employs the traditional manipulative techniques of effleurage, petrissage, friction & tapotement.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi ~

Lomi Lomi is deeply spiritual work based on generations of wisdom handed down by the Kahunas who developed this system of bodywork/traditional medicine in Hawaii.

Aquatic Therapy ~

Supported by the therapist, clients experience buoyancy in warm water (92-94* temperature). Muscles relax and joints unlock. People with conditions such as neuromuscular, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, joint replacements, arthritis and cerebral palsy respond positively to this relaxing and effective treatment.

Reiki ~

A spiritual therapeutic modality of non-invasive healing energy channeled through the hands.
