Paulo and Ninaya's Rhythm Ranch retreat was super duper (including a watsu treatment.... mmmmmmmm) and it was quite simply *great* fun to be among the facilitators at their event. I loved working with dumbec meister Avi Sills again; my 'sista' Ninaya and I renewed our goddess (and supreme dance) connection; and Paulo, well, his smile remains illuminated from within ... We drummed and danced for four days and nights culminating with our celebration on the mesa beneath the nearly full moon's light...
Another highlight of my summer's long and winding road was landing at Suzanna Del Vecchio's retreat in Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park ~ Grand Lake is one of my all-time favorite places! I thoroughly enjoyed being there *and* taking class with her... Suzanna's retreat was everything I hoped for: the majesty of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park combined with the physical expansion via Iyengar Yoga and dance under Suzanna's meticulous instruction..
